	The "Defibtech LifeLine AED" is an automated external defibrillator. This highly cosmetic, high-end product is made up of 18 molded parts which are molded in a variety of engineered polymers to give it a sure grip and high impact capability. Extensive design and development work was involved in bringing this award-winning project to market in a very short time period.
	The "Time Mist" is a fragrance dispenser used in the home products industry. This product consists of 3 molded parts produced from 2 molds. The "Housing" is a 2-cavity family mold making up the front and back housing. The "Fan" is a single-cavity mold. The material for this application is a high-density polystyrene.
	Cable Prep's FOCUS tool makes it easy for cable industry technicians to insert and remove small connectors. This breakthrough product was created from specially formulated thermoplastic elastomers through over molding. Tri Town aided in the part detailing, helping to develop an ergonomic, spring-loaded design that prevents pinching the operator's hand when opening or closing the jaws. The tool is highly durable (able to withstand falls of 10 feet without damage) and utilizes dielectric plastic materials that eliminate the potential for shorts during use. The finished tool features an integrated flashlight that illuminates the tip in low-light environments.
	The "Smart Source" is a motorized coupon dispenser that delivers coupons at the shelf where the product is sold. This product is comprised of 12 molded parts, a motor, circuit board and LED, which are assembled complete with hot stamp, tested and packaged for delivery to the client's warehouse.
	The "Photomask Carrier and Shipping Box" was designed for DuPont to house and transport specialty glass slides for the semiconductor industry. The product utilizes 8 molded parts and is molded with a static dissipating material specifically engineered for this project. This high-end product is vibration welded, pressure tested and clean room certified and packaged utilizing a process that was developed for this application.
	The "Mosquito Cognito" is a dispenser that emits unique scent-blocking inhibitors which keep biting insects away. This part is produced from a 2-cavity mold. The material is a UV-stabilized polycarbonate.
	The "Better Pack® 555e" is an electronic tape dispenser that is ruggedly constructed of steel side frames with an ABS plastic housing for strength, durability and impact resistance. Tri Town tooled, molded and pad printed the dispenser housings. The Better Pack 555e was extensively tested and put through more than 1.5 million cycles without any defects. 	Palomar's "Medilux™ Pulsed Light Systems" are light-based treatment systems utilized by aesthetic professionals. Tri Town over-molds thermoplastic rubber onto a PC/ABS blend for the handpiece housings. The Medilux™ Pulsed Light System is produced by Palomar Medical Technologies, Inc., all rights reserved.
	The GERBER EDGE FX™ is an advanced digital printing solution that is designed for sign makers, screen printers and other graphics professionals seeking to quickly produce indoor and outdoor highly-customized, highly-profitable short-run graphics. The EDGE FX is a thermal transfer device that uses heat and pressure to transfer resin-based pigments to over 30 different substrates.
